Terms of Service.

These terms explain how Pulsar Laser Clinic provides services to clients and what you need to know before booking with us.

1. Booking Appointments

  • All treatments require an appointment, which you can book online. If you need help, contact us by phone or email.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until we accept it and you pay a deposit. The deposit is usually up to 50% of the treatment cost or 100% for consultations.

  • Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and you may lose your deposit.

  • You can cancel or reschedule appointments for free if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Without 48 hours’ notice, we may keep part or all of your deposit.

  • We may need to cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll refund your deposit in full.

2. Prices and Payments

  • Our prices are listed on our website and include VAT. Prices may change, but once you’ve booked, your price will not increase.

  • Full payment is due at the end of your treatment. Cash or bank transfer payments are preferable.

3. Treatment Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older for most treatments. Some services may require parental consent if you are under 18.

  • If you have a medical condition, allergies, or are pregnant, some treatments may not be suitable for you. Let us know in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • All laser treatments require a skin patch test to ensure safety.

4. Clinic Rules

  • No smoking inside the clinic.

  • Please don’t bring children under 16, as we cannot supervise them.

  • You must ask for permission before using cameras or video equipment in the clinic.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Our gift vouchers can be used for treatments or products but cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Liability

  • We are responsible for any foreseeable damage or loss caused by our services. We are not responsible for business-related losses, like lost profits.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

7. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you if any changes affect your booking.

8. Data Protection

  • We use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Legal Stuff

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but you’re also protected by the laws of your country of residence.
